Valentine’s Day doesn’t have to break the bank as there are plenty of seasonal deals and discounts on the market.
From budget-friendly bouquets to affordable lingerie, the high-street is offering up everything you need to make the big day a success.
Asda is planning on drawing in the customers by offering up award-winning bottles of Prosecco for a bargain price.
The Yellow Label fizz has scooped a number of different accolades, including Silver at the 2017 Decanter Awards and Bronze at the International Wine Challenge.
It is described as being “fresh and fruity” and complements seafood – making a great choice for an aphrodisiac-filled menu of oysters.
To mark the most romantic day of the year, the bottles are being flogged for even less than the usual £5.99 price tag.
You can now snap them up for £5, making the Prosecco the cheapest in British supermarkets.
This price comes in cheaper than many of Asda’s rivals, including Tesco and Sainsbury’s.
The next best offer you can expect to find is a Lidl bottle for 25p more and a £5.99 bottle of plonk from Aldi.
If bubbles aren’t for you, we still recommend heading to Asda.
You can pick up some £5 Baileys or even get hold of £4.50 lingerie for the occasion.
Looking for more bargains this Valentine’s Day?
Poundland is stocking some very raunchy gifts for couples.
McDonald’s and Greggs are opening their doors for special ‘romantic’ menus.
Or you could risk getting dumped by snapping up B&M’s questionable meal deal.
