[post_ads]Although Tyler, the Creator's acclaimed LP, Flower Boy did not beat out Kendrick Lamar's DAMN for the 'Best Rap Album' Grammy like he thought it deserved to, that hasn't stopped the Nigerian-American from continuously proving he's one of the strongest rappers in the game.
Following his "throwaway" track, "OKRA" — which still happens to be one of the best rap songs we've gotten this year — Tyler is back with another solid throwaway track: a refix of Trouble and Drake's "Bring It Back".
Like he did on "OKRA", the "Bring It Back" refix finds Tyler dissing fuck boys and bragging about his growing list of achievements — from his converse collection famously selling out in seconds to how much money he now makes in a day.
[post_ads]This isn't the first time Tyler, the Creator has dropped a refix for a song he likes — last year, he did that for Jay Z "4:44"; and the year before that, he hopped on Zayn's smash hit, "Pillowtalk". According to his tweets, these refixes might become a more regular occurrence.
